Reviews and Ratings
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Corso Umberto and with a lovely sea view from the room. However, the noise from chairs scraping above and the morning alarm from the neighbors were a bit disruptive. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff like Fabiola and Pina. The dining experience was delicious, especially the fresh fruit and homemade pastries, but the breakfast service could be improved for an even better experience.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of great views and some minor drawbacks. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, but the bathroom was quite small. The elegance of the room with its well-equipped amenities and a decent size made up for the lack of certain in-room comforts like a dressing gown and slippers, as well as the poor Internet connection. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Taormina town center, but the dining experience didn't meet my expectations.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable with amazing views from the room.
The hotel is conveniently situated near the center of Taormina and the cable car for easy access to the local beaches. The rooms were spacious with a lovely traditional Italian bathroom, but the bathroom itself was a bit small. The service was exceptional, especially from Fabiola at reception, who provided valuable information, and Agostino, the concierge, who assisted us promptly. The location offers a magnificent view over the mountains and the sea, making it a charming setting. The dining options were varied and catered well to different tastes, including fruit and vegetables, ensuring a delightful experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with a lovely view from the veranda, but small. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff going the extra mile. The location was central, although some aspects were challenging. The dining was above Italian standards, with delicious options. The facilities met basic needs, but improvements are needed.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms offered a lovely sea view, but lacked some amenities like dressing gowns, slippers, and good Internet in our room. On the bright side, the patio provided a partial sea view and the breakfast selection was delightful with pastries, eggs, and fruits. The service, however, had its flaws with some encounters of high-handed and rude behavior, although the reception staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, offering stunning views and easy access to the town center and bus station. The dining experience varied, with a good selection of breakfast items but some inconsistencies noted. The hotel's facilities were decent overall.
I loved my stay at the hotel! Great views from the room, but a bit too close to the pool with people looking onto our terrace. The bed was good, but the bathroom was tiny. The room was clean and tidy, though on the small side.
Despite the slightly outdated rooms towards the back with a poor sea view, the hotel offers a good-sized room with a little deck. The sensor light that couldn't be disabled was a minor inconvenience. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant center of Taormina. The dining experience, while boasting varied foods and beverages, had some drawbacks. Overall, the facilities were decent, offering a satisfactory stay.
I was delighted with the hotel's location, just a stone's throw from the main Corso Umberto. Our room, though with a side sea view and a small terrace, was ready upon our early arrival. We enjoyed the large pool with a stunning sea view, ample loungers, and snacks and drinks available. However, missing amenities like dressing gown, slippers, and poor internet in the room were a letdown for a 4-star hotel.
